What We Do
We are a singles lifestyle company with a twist! Our large-scale singles mixers (40+ attendees) are designed for professionals to connect in a modern setting.
Our patented Secret RSVP app lets guests discover profiles, build secret guest lists, and enjoy fun, interactive activities that make everyone feel at ease.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Remote Event Manager:
- Plan and Execute Events: Oversee all aspects of event planning, from concept creation to logistics and execution.
- Team Leadership: Manage and support our Event Hosts to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Vendor Coordination: Build relationships with venues, vendors, and partners to create smooth event operations.
- Creative Development: Design engaging event activities, leveraging our Secret RSVP app to enhance guest experiences.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality events.
- Reporting & Analysis: Measure event success through KPIs, gather guest feedback, and recommend improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years in event management, preferably in lifestyle, singles, or social events.
- Proven Leadership: Experience managing teams and coordinating vendors remotely.
- Creativity: Ability to design unique activities and engaging experiences.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with event management software, virtual event tools, and mobile apps.
- Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus.
- Availability: Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events, as needed.
